In compliance with the provisions of article 33.9 of Law 24/2013, of 26 December, and article 5.4 of Royal Decree 1183/2020, of 29 December, as well as in accordance with the information contained in article 16 of Circular 1/2024, of 20 January, of the National Commission for Markets and Competition, and in accordance with the Resolution of 30 April 2025 of the CNMC, attached below is the information relating to the demand access capacity to the grid operated by Lersa Electricitat.
*This information is subject to the available capacity of the upstream distribution company and the capacity it has with the transmission network. So it may be the case that although there is capacity in our distribution network there is no upstream capacity and access cannot be allowed.
